Ongoing IT support for local award-winning butcher

We are proud to have been supporting Barlows Butchers with their IT for over 6 years. WWTS manage a number of their IT systems and provides remote and on-site support for their operations.

Barlows Butcher’s is a local, award-winning 5th generation family butchers located in Newthorpe and Nuncargate both in Nottinghamshire. Barlow’s prides itself on quality products and friendly service.

A number of challenges were identified and addressed:

• The need to take orders online (particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic)
• Ongoing support with IT systems (such as their scales, emails, IT infrastructure)
• Ensuring staff of varying levels of IT-competency can access systems
